Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis
We conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities within your industry or company. We have conducted value chain analyses, labour market analyses, skills gap assessments and organisational capacity assessments. Recent work includes a project with the Finnish Water Forum (under Nordic Business Services), helping 140 companies to identify local market opportunities.

Vision, Roadmap Development and Strategic Planning
We work closely with stakeholders to define a strategic roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives. We have facilitated strategy reviews; strategic planning; performance planning; and implementation planning. In the past few years, 89% of stakeholders attending our strategic planning for the banking industry rated our facilitation as “excellent” or “very good”.

Organisational Design
We undertake organisational assessments and organisational design with companies. This has included projects with existing organisations, as well as establishing new organisations or divisions (such as academies).

Curriculum Design and Development
We assist in designing and developing future oriented industry-specific or company-specific curriculum models. Our curriculum work includes defining project aims; developing learning outcomes; specifying technology enhanced delivery models; financial modelling of the intervention; and developing and piloting learning and assessment materials. We have designed multi-million rand projects fully funded via grants and rebates, and other projects which became major revenue generators for clients.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
We facilitate engagement between industry stakeholders, educational institutions, government bodies, and technology providers to create synergies. This includes conflict resolution.

Performance Metrics and Evaluation
We help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of programs. Our consultants have previously developed performance measurement and Return on Investment systems used in national and industry-specific initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance and Standards
We provide guidance on regulatory compliance in relation to provider accreditation, programme approval, quality assurance of learner achievement, as well as on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment regulations. This includes training people from more than 200 organisations on regulatory compliance in education and training.
